بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (or evil spirits).

Bismillah, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal khubuthi wal khaba'ith.

When to Read

This dua is recited immediately before entering the bathroom. It is a practice taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to seek protection from unseen evils in a place where one might be vulnerable.
