اللَّهُمَّ أَحْسِنْ عَاقِبَتَنَا فِي الأُمُورِ كُلِّهَا، وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ خِزْيِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الآخِرَةِ
O Allah, make our end results in all matters good, and save us from the disgrace of this world and the punishment of the Hereafter.
Allahumma ahsin 'aaqibatanaa fil-umoor-i kullihaa, wa ajirnaa min khiz-yid-dunyaa wa 'adhabil-aakhirah

Narrated by Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) taught us the Tashahhud and to supplicate after it, saying: 'Allahumma ahsin 'aaqibatanaa fil-umoor-i kullihaa, wa ajirnaa min khiz-yid-dunyaa wa 'adhabil-aakhirah.' (O Allah, make our end results in all matters good, and save us from the disgrace of this world and the punishment of the Hereafter.) This hadith is also reported by Imam Ahmad and Al-Hakim, who graded it Hasan.
