Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) set out on a journey, he would say the takbir three times, and then say: "Glory be to Thee. I have subjected this vehicle to Thee, and we, for this, are thy servants. O Allah, we ask Thee for righteousness and piety in this journey of ours, and deeds that please Thee. O Allah, make easy for us this journey, and make its distance short. O Allah, Thou art the Companion on the journey and the Successor in the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the hardship of the journey, and the sorrowful sight, and the evil of (the ensuing) business in property and family." And when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) returned, he recited these words of supplication and said: "We are returning, repentant, worshipping, and praising our Lord. O Allah, verily I ask of Thee the good of this journey, and the good of what is in it, and I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of this journey, and the evil of what is in it." — Sahih Muslim 2708
