Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise is Yours. Blessed be Your name, and exalted be Your majesty. There is no god but You.

This dua is recited by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ immediately after beginning the prayer, after saying 'Allahu Akbar' (the opening Takbir) and before reciting Surah Al-Fatihah. It's the opening supplication that sets the tone for your communion with Allah.
How to Read
Recite this softly after your opening 'Allahu Akbar'. It's a personal whisper to Allah, acknowledging His perfection and sovereignty before you begin your formal recitation. Focus on the meaning of each phrase, letting it humble you and purify your intention.
Virtues & Benefits

It helps in focusing the heart and mind on Allah, ensuring the prayer is offered with sincerity and awareness of Who you are addressing.
Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ began the prayer, he would remain silent for a while. I said: "O Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be sacrificed for you! What do you say during the time of your silence between the Takbir and the recitation?" He said: "I say: 'Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise is Yours. Blessed be Your name, and exalted be Your majesty. There is no god but You.'" (Sahih Muslim 496)
