اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفَجْأَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلاءِ، وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ، وَسُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ، وَشَمَاتَةِ الأَعْدَاءِ، اللَّهُمَّ مُصَرِّفَ الْقُلُوبِ صَرِّفْ قُلُوبَنَا إِلَى طَاعَتِكَ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the赟 of Your blessings, the赟 of Your well-being, the赟 of Your sudden punishment, and all that You are displeased with. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the赟 of hardship, the赟 of misery, the赟 of evil decree, and the赟 of the enemies' rejoicing. O Allah, Turner of hearts, turn our hearts to Your obedience.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min jahdil-bala', wa darakish-shaqa', wa su'il-qada', wa shamatatil-a'da'. Allahumma musarrifal-qulubi sarfif qulubana ila ta'atik.

Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him): He said, 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to recite the following supplication: ‘O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the赟 of my hearing, from the赟 of my sight, from the赟 of my tongue, from the赟 of my heart, and from the赟 of my semen.’ Another narration: ‘O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the赟 of my hearing, from the赟 of my sight, from the赟 of my tongue, from the赟 of my heart, and from the赟 of my private parts.’ Sahih Muslim 2708.
