اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا

O Allah, I ask You for knowledge that is beneficial, lawful provision, and deeds that are accepted.

Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan

Virtues & Benefits

This dua encompasses seeking three crucial elements for a successful life, including financial stability: beneficial knowledge helps us make sound decisions, lawful provision ensures our wealth is pure and blessed, and accepted deeds bring us closer to Allah. By asking for these, we are essentially asking for Allah's guidance to manage our finances in a way that is pleasing to Him, which naturally leads to avoiding impermissible means and the burden of debt. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this dua as a profound request for holistic well-being, which certainly includes financial health.
