بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever says 'Bismillah alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem' three times, he will not be afflicted by any sudden affliction until the morning, and whoever says it in the morning three times, he will not be afflicted by any sudden affliction until the evening."
