بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Abdullah ibn 'Amr reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever says: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadkhuru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) – three times in the morning, he will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the evening. And whoever says it three times in the evening, he will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the morning.'
