Source & Authentication

Narrated Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) taught us the Tashahhud and the Dua for seeking guidance in marriage and said: 'Allahumma ihdini wa dhurriyyati wa ati'ni fi ahli wa aslih li waliya alladhi akhadhta bi'unuqihi.' This translates to: 'O Allah! Guide me and my offspring, grant me obedience in my family, and reform my guardian whom You have taken by his neck.'
