بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm, neither on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever says 'Bismillahil-ladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem' three times in the morning, he will not be afflicted by any calamity until the evening. And whoever says it in the evening, he will not be afflicted by any calamity until the morning. And it was decreed that Allah's decree of health would be for Uthman."
