When to Read

This beautiful dua, taught to us by Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him), is perfect for reciting when you want your children to grow up with a strong connection to Allah and His creation. Make it a habit during the fajr or maghrib prayers, or anytime you're reflecting on your children's future. It's especially fitting when taking your children outdoors, to a park, or observing the wonders of nature around you.

How to Read

Recite this dua with sincerity and contemplation. Picture your children growing into righteous individuals who appreciate and care for the world Allah has gifted us. Explain the meaning to your children in simple terms, so they understand the importance of prayer and recognizing Allah's blessings in everything they see. Aim to make it a regular part of your personal supplications for your family.

Virtues & Benefits

This dua directly asks Allah to make us and our descendants steadfast in prayer, which is the cornerstone of our connection with Him. By extension, a strong connection to Allah naturally leads to a deeper appreciation for His magnificent creation. When we recognize Allah as the Creator, we see His signs everywhere – in the trees, the sky, the animals, and the intricate balance of nature. This appreciation fosters gratitude, responsibility, and a desire to protect and cherish what Allah has made.
