How to Read
When reciting this dua, it's best to have your hands in a position of supplication, perhaps raised slightly or placed gently on the sick child. Focus your heart on Allah, acknowledging His power to heal and your dependence on Him. Say it with a clear voice, ensuring the child can hear it if they are able. Some scholars suggest reciting it seven times, following the example of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when he performed ruqyah (incantation) for himself or others.
