Source & Authentication

Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "The children of the polytheists will be with the children of the Muslims in Paradise." A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about the children of the polytheists?" He said: "When the children reach the age of accountability, their deeds will be judged. But the children who die before reaching the age of accountability will be with the children of the Muslims." When it was narrated by Ibn Juraij, he said: He said: 'Bismillah, Allahumma aj'alhu mubarakan, watbi'hu bil-ihsan.' (In the name of Allah. O Allah, make him blessed, and follow him with excellence).
