In the name of Allah. O Allah, make him pious and pure, and all our offspring, and do not give Satan a share in him.

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them both) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to teach them this supplication in the same way as the Qur'an is taught, saying: 'Bismillah, Allahumma'jalhu taqiyyan zakiyyan, wa sa'ira dhurriyyatina, wa la taj'al lish-shaytani fihi naseeba'.
