O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not entrust me to my own self for even the blink of an eye, and set all my affairs right for me. There is no god but You.

Narrated Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her): 'What prevents you from listening to what I advise you to do? You should say: Allahumma rahmataka arju, fala takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'ain, wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu, la ilaha illa anta. (O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not entrust me to my own self for even the blink of an eye, and set all my affairs right for me. There is no god but You.)'
