O Allah, forgive me for what I have done in the past and what I will do in the future, what I have concealed and what I have declared, and what I have exceeded in, and what You know better than I. You are the One Who brings forth and the One Who delays. There is no god but You.

Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) performed the prayer, he would say: 'Allahumma-ghfirli ma qaddamtu wa ma akhkhartu, wa ma asrartu wa ma a'lantu, wa ma asraftu, wa ma anta a'lamu bihi minni, Antal-Muqaddimu wa Antal-Mu'akhkhiru, la ilaha illa Anta.' (O Allah, forgive me for what I have done in the past and what I will do in the future, what I have concealed and what I have declared, and what I have exceeded in, and what You know better than I. You are the One Who brings forth and the One Who delays. There is no god but You.)' It was narrated that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'O Messenger of Allah, teach me a supplication that I may recite in my prayer.' He said: 'Say: O Allah, I have wronged myself greatly, and none can forgive sins but You. So forgive me with forgiveness from You, and have mercy upon me. Verily, You are the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.' (Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kathiran, wa la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Anta, faghfirli maghfiratan min 'indika, war-hamni innaka Antal-Ghafur-ur-Rahim.) This is another significant dua for forgiveness, though the first one is specifically tied to seeking forgiveness for actions in general, making it highly relevant after losing temper.
