O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my tongue, from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen (or desires).
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri sam'i, wa min sharri basari, wa min sharri lisani, wa min sharri qalbi, wa min sharri maniyyi.

Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive supplication by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ protects against the harms originating from our senses and our inner selves. When dealing with lies and rumors, our hearing (what we listen to), our sight (what we see that might provoke us), and our tongue (what we might say in anger) are all at risk. By seeking refuge in Allah, we acknowledge His power to shield us from the ill effects of such slander. It helps to cool the anger by redirecting our focus from the people spreading falsehoods to seeking divine aid. It also guards our hearts from harboring ill will and resentment towards those who have wronged us, promoting inner peace.

When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) woke up at night, he would say: Allah is the Greatest. Praise be to Allah. Glory be to Allah. There is no god but Allah. Allah is the Greatest. There is no might nor power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. O Allah, I ask You for the good of this night and the good of what is in it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night and the evil of what is in it. O Allah, I ask You for the good of the wind, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of the wind. O Allah, I ask You for the good of the rain, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of the rain. O Allah, I ask You for the good of the sky, and I ask You for the good of the earth, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of the sky and the evil of the earth. O Allah, I ask You for the good of this day and the good of what is in it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil of what is in it. O Allah, I ask You for good in this life and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion and my worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my defects and allay my anxieties. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, and from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Greatness from being overthrown from beneath me. O Allah, I seek refuge in Your perfect words from the evil of what You have created. He (the narrator) said: 'Abdullah ibn Ghannam narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Whoever says this supplication in the morning, he will be relieved of it (i.e. the evil of that day); and whoever says it in the evening, he will be relieved of it (i.e. the evil of that night). I [also] said to him: 'Abdullah ibn Ghannam, did you hear this from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)? He said: Yes, by the Lord of the Ka'bah.
