O Allah, I ask of You Your pleasure and Paradise, and I seek refuge in You from Your displeasure and the Fire. In Your name, O Allah, I die and live.
Allahumma inni as'aluka ridak wal-jannah, wa a'udhu bika min sakhatik wan-nar, bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya.

Narrated Hudhayfah: Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) went to bed, he would say: 'Bismika amutu wa ahya' (In Your name I die and live). And when he woke up, he would say: 'Al-hamdu lillahi alladhi ahyana ba'da ma amata-na, wa ilaihi an-nushur' (All praise is due to Allah Who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the Resurrection).
