O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demolition of Your blessings, the changing of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You are displeased with. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done, and the evil of what I have not done.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma 'amilt, wa sharri ma lam a'mal.

Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say, when he went to bed: 'O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the Arsh (Throne) of the Great Throne, our Lord and the Lord of everything, the Revealer of the Tawrah and the Injeel and the Furqan (Quran), I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You are seizing by its forelock. O Allah, You are the First, and there is nothing before You. You are the Last, and there is nothing after You. You are the Apparent, and there is nothing above You. You are the Hidden, and there is nothing below You. Settle our debt and enrich us from poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demolition of Your blessings, the changing of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You are displeased with. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done, and the evil of what I have not done.' (Sahih Muslim 2710)
