All praise is due to Allah, who revived us after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.

Narrated Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him): Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) got up for the night (to offer his prayers), he would say: 'Allahu Akbar' (Allah is Greater) and recite: 'Subhana-kal-lahumma, wa bihamdika, wa tabarakasmuka, wa ta'ala jadduka, wa jallasanaduka' (Glory be to You, O Allah, and all praise is due to You, blessed is Your Name, and exalted is Your Majesty, and none is worthy of worship except You). Then he would recite: 'La ilaha illa Anta' (There is no god but You). And when he woke up from sleep after his slumber, he would say: 'Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi ahyaanaa ba'da ma amaatanaa wa ilayhin-nushoor.' (All praise is due to Allah, Who revived us after causing us to die, and to Him is the return/resurrection).
