O Allah, I seek refuge with Your Noble Face and Your perfect words from every lowly thing, that is beneath Your might. O Allah, You seize by the forelock and bestow goodness from You, and none can repel evil save You.
Allahumma inni a'udhu biwajhik-al-kareem, wa bikalimatikat-tammati min kulli shay'in haqeer, doona sha'nik.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: When any one of you wakes up in the morning, he should say: 'I start the day seeking refuge with Allah's Noble Face, His perfect words, and His complete kingdom from the evil of what is in the earth, the evil of what is in the heaven, and the evil of what descends, and the evil of what ascends.' When he goes to sleep at night, he should say something similar. He did not mention 'His complete kingdom.'
