Narrated Hudhayfah: When the Prophet (ﷺ) intended to sleep, he would say: 'Allahumma qini 'adhabaka yawma tab'athu 'ibadak.' (O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants.) (Three times). And when he woke up from sleep, he would say: 'Al-hamdu lillah alladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhi an-nushoor.' (All praise is due to Allah, Who revived us after causing us to die, and to Him is the final return.)
