اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي وَاذْكُرْ بِالْهُدَى هِدَايَتَكَ، وَالسَّدَادَ سَدَادَ سَهْمِي
O Allah! Guide me and set me right, and remind me by guidance of Your guidance, and by setting right the rightness of my arrow.
Allahumma ihdini wa saddidni, wadhkur bil-huda hidayatak, was-sadada sadada sahmi.

It was narrated from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'O Allah! Guide me and set me right, and remind me by guidance of Your guidance, and by setting right the rightness of my arrow.' (Sahih Muslim 2694). The Prophet ﷺ would say this when he wanted to supplicate.
