بِسْمِ اللهِ، وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي، وَأَخْرِجْ شَيْطَانِي، وَفُكَّ رِهَانِي، وَثَقِّلْ مِيزَانِي، وَاجْعَلْ لِي فِي مَجْمَعِ الْخَيْرِ عِلْمًا
In the name of Allah, I have laid down on my side. O Allah, forgive me my sin, drive away my Satan, release me from my bond, make my scale heavy (in good deeds), and grant me knowledge in the place of gathering (on the Day of Judgment).
Bismillah, wada'tu janbi. Allahumma-ghfir li dhanbi, wa akhrij shaytani, wa fukka rihani, wa thaqqil mizani, waj'al li fi majma'i-l-khayri 'ilman.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When any one of you goes to bed, let him say: Bismillah, wada'tu janbi. Allahumma-ghfir li dhanbi, wa akhrij shaytani, wa fukka rihani, wa thaqqil mizani, waj'al li fi majma'i-l-khayri 'ilman. (In the name of Allah, I have laid down on my side. O Allah, forgive me my sin, drive away my Satan, release me from my bond, make my scale heavy (in good deeds), and grant me knowledge in the place of gathering (on the Day of Judgment)).' He said: 'This is a Hasan Hadith, and Abu Dawud said: 'Fukka rihani' means 'release me from my bond'.
