O Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and distress, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahri-rijal.

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: One day Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) entered the Masjid. On that (day) he saw a man from among the Muslims called Abu Umamah. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked him, "O Abu Umamah, what is the matter that I see you sitting in the Masjid at a time other than the prayer time?" Abu Umamah replied, "It is due to worries and debts which have befallen me, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)!" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Shall I teach you some words that, if you say them, Allah will remove your worries and pay your debts for you?" He said, "Yes, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)!" He said, "Say in the morning and in the evening: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahri-rijal.'" (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and distress. I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess. I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.) Abu Umamah said: "I did that and Allah removed my worries and paid my debts. I am still saying this morning and evening."
