It was narrated from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) exited the toilet, he would say: 'Ghufranaka, alhamdulillahilladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani.' (Seeking Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being). (Sunan Abi Dawud 30. Graded Hasan by some scholars due to corroborating narrations, while others consider it Sahih. It is also found in Sunan Ibn Majah 300).
