In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male devils and female devils (or evil spirits).
Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal khubuthi wal khaba'ith.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to say, when he entered the toilet: 'Bismillah' (In the name of Allah). And when he came out, he would say: 'Ghufranak' (I seek Your forgiveness). And he would say: 'The heaven and the earth were creating the day, and Allah created the sun and the moon and the light, and the trees and the mountains and the land, and the angels and the books and Adam. When he enters the toilet, he says: 'Bismillah'. And when he comes out, he says: 'Ghufranak'. And he says: 'The heaven and the earth were creating the day, and Allah created the sun and the moon and the light, and the trees and the mountains and the land, and the angels and the books and Adam. Then He said: 'O Allah, grant me the ability to hold fast to Your remembrance, and to Your gratitude, and to good worship of You.' Then he would mention Allah's name as he wished.
