غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِي
Your forgiveness (I seek). All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and relieved me.
