Seeking Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Ghufranaka, al-hamdu lillāhil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani

‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: When the Prophet (ﷺ) came out (of the toilet), he would say: Ghufranaka, al-hamdu lillāhil-ladhi adh-haba ‘annil-adha wa ‘afani. (Seeking Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.) — Sunan Abi Dawud 30. The hadith is classified as Hasan by some scholars due to supporting narrations.
