اَلْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِيْ أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِيْ
All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin Abi Rafi', from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say, when he exited the toilet: 'Al-hamdulillah alladhi adh-haba 'annil adha wa 'afani.' (Sunan Ibn Majah 3862)
