غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed the harm from me and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak. Alhamdulillahi alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani
