أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ، اللَّهُمَّ تَجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger. O Allah, make me among those who turn to You often in repentance and make me among those who keep themselves pure.
Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh. Allahumma-j'alni minat-tawwabina waj'alni minal-mutatahhirin.

It was narrated from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) exited the privy, he would say: 'Ghufranak.' (Seeking Your forgiveness).
