غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

Your forgiveness (O Allah), praise be to Allah Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak. Al-hamdulillahi alladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.
