غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

Your forgiveness (O Allah), [all] praise is for Allah who removed from me that which was harmful and granted me well-being.

Ghufraanak, alhamdulillaahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adhaa wa 'aafaani
