I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed harm from me and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak, al-hamdu lillah alladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani

Narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): The Prophet (peace be upon him) when he went out of the toilet, used to say: 'Ghufranak, al-hamdu lillah alladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.' (I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed harm from me and granted me well-being.) — Sunan Abi Dawud 30. This narration is considered Hasan by many scholars.
