غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

Narrated 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when he came out of the toilet he would say: غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي. (Ghufranak, alhamdu lillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani). 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) when he came out of the toilet he would say: 'Your forgiveness (I seek). All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me that which was harmful and granted me well-being.'
