غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is for Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak, al-hamdu lillah alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani
