غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

I seek Your forgiveness. Praise be to Allah Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak. Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.
