الحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

Praise is to Allah Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Alhamdulillah alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani

When to Read

Recite this immediately after exiting the toilet or bathroom, once you are physically outside and composed.

It was narrated from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet ﷺ came out of the toilet, he would say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani.' (Praise is to Allah Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.)
