غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

Your forgiveness, O Allah. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Ghufranaka, al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani
