غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah Who removed from me that which was harmful and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak. Al-hamdulillahilladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani.
