It was narrated from Abu Dharr that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'When one of you goes to the toilet, let him say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed devil." When he comes out, let him say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has removed from me the harm and granted me well-being."' (Sunan Abi Dawud 72, Sunan Ibn Majah 301 - graded Hasan by scholars).
