غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

It was narrated from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) came out of the toilet, he would say: 'Ghufranak.
