Narrated 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her): When any matter pleased Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), he would say: 'Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him.' And when anything happened that he disliked, he would say: 'Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him.' [Another narration] 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whenever a favor from Allah reaches anyone of you, he should say: 'Alhamdulillah allathi bi ni'matihi tatimmus-salihat' (All praise is due to Allah, by Whose grace good deeds are completed). And whenever you have said something, you should glorify Allah (by saying): 'Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi' (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him).' — Sunan Ibn Majah 3803 (Hasan)
