O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, and I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and overpowered by men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijali.

Virtues & Benefits
This powerful supplication, taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, directly addresses emotional burdens. By seeking refuge in Allah from worry, grief, incapacity, and laziness, we are asking for the strength to handle difficult situations with patience and equanimity. The part about seeking refuge from 'being overpowered by men' can encompass being hurt or let down by people's actions, which often leads to disappointment. It helps us shift our focus from the disappointment itself to seeking Allah's support and protection, fostering inner peace and a more balanced perspective.
