Dua for Suppressing Anger Towards Those Who Spread Lies and Rumors

Anger
Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 2706

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fu'j'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhitik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa dala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.
